This website was created in the name of dreamwork, infertility and finding balance. I will use it to gather strength, humor and healing for myself; and also to share with you what I have learned along my life path. "Extend Yourself Through Kindness" ~Oprah 05/04/2011 They say that the real way to help yourself is to help somebody else. Oprah says to "Extend yourself through kindness." For me, it was also about not just helping somebody else, but about learning how to help somebody else in my way, through my voice, using my skills, my talents and my passions; not about feeling guilty that I wasn’t volunteering or trying to explain why I couldn’t give money to different charities or explaining the guilt away with excuses.
For me, before I could extend myself, I had to truly, truly finding my passion and my contribution. Then I had to stick with it and not try to please other people. That is the real way that I found to heal myself- through my voice as a dream interpreter and as a teacher of how to find balance through Mirror Mirror. I was able to express my creativity, my art, my talent and my love for others in a way that also allowed others to see how to be gentle with themselves in their self-reflection.
